Transparency
A notary cannot take commissioning lightly. To qualify you cannot have a legal issue with mistrust. The department guides notarial eligibility for applicants: maintaining a clean record , free from significant criminal convictions or sanctions. You must maintain a bond.
A public adjuster is a public trust individual that is tested on property insurance and passes the state adjuster exam, is fingerprinted and submits to the background check and finally obtains both bond and a NIPR number (same as any insurance producer).
I am proud to have also held a public trust clearance credential from the OPM. Serving on the federal level in my former federal trust position in Loan Operations and Client Services with the Direct Loan and FFELP programs prior to 2013. Public Trust is literally the lifeblood of my business. Your reviews not only matter to me first. They also reflect on my agency as a public servant.
