1. Our Foundation: The Public Trust Mandate
Public Trust is literally the lifeblood of our business. Our commitment to integrity is evidenced by the rigorous standards required for our dual professional roles:
Notary Public: A notary cannot take commissioning lightly. To qualify to be a notary public in the Commonwealth, an applicant must be free from any legal issue related to mistrust. Our processes are centered around the mandates of the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA), which guides notarial eligibility by requiring applicants to maintain a clean record, free from significant criminal convictions or sanctions. We also maintain the legally required bond.
Public Adjuster: A public adjuster is a public trust individual. This status requires passing the state adjuster exam on property insurance, submitting to fingerprinting and a background check, and finally obtaining both a bond and a National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) number, the same as any insurance producer.
I am also proud to have held a Public Trust Clearance credential from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), serving at the federal level in my former position in Loan Operations and Client Services with the Direct Loan and FFELP programs prior to 2013.

The AntMound is a focused, collaborative, creative, and coordinated space for mobile professionals to gather, interact, and share knowledge. Our singular goal is to facilitate continuous improvement, continuously benchmarking for 1% of professional improvement from session-to-session, enhancing the skills and efficacy of all participants.
3. Membership and Participation
Cooperative Learning: The value of The AntMound is derived directly from the active participation and cooperative sharing of its members. All members are afforded a safe space to contribute knowledge and engage with one another constructively.
Professional Conduct: All interactions within The AntMound must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, mutual respect, and ethical conduct.
4. Content Ownership and Use
Shared Knowledge: By contributing insights or cooperative learning materials, members agree to share this knowledge with the community for internal learning and institutional improvement.
Confidentiality: Members must not share proprietary client data, protected personal information, or confidential firm/company strategies that violate non-disclosure agreements or privacy laws, nor infringe upon others' intellectual property.
Intellectual Property (IP): While contributions are shared within The AntMound, all contributors retain ownership of their original IP. Usage of shared materials outside of The AntMound requires explicit permission from the original creator.
